An item was damaged and same day Steve delivered a brand new replacement for it. Not only did he come see our progress with the cabin, when he delivered the replacement, but he helped us fix windows we had placed incorrectly and gave us some great tips and instructions to complete the log cabin. (As we were building it ourselves.) We are looking to buy another in future and will definitely be using Forest Log Cabins. Cannot recommend them enough.

Costco Cabins

Please note - we are often asked to cover warranty claims on Costco supplied cabins. We do not, and have never supplied buildings to Costco, they are supplied by an English company with a similar name that has no connection to us whatsoever.
